'05 Super Crew - Brake/rotor suggestions

It is just about time for new brakes on my '05 SuperCrew. My mechanic tells me that one of the rear rotors has a pretty bad "hot spot" on it and he is not sure if he can turn it.

I do not currently do a lot of towing. I have occasionally towed a friend's drag bike and trailer which weighs about 2400 lbs. and I have a very small 3 rail dirt bike trailer that weighs no more than 1100 lbs fully loaded. I may be in the market for a travel trailer in the near future if the LOML gets her way so I want to be all set in that regard.

I am looking for suggestions for brake pads and rotors. I plan to have ceramic pads installed to cut down (eliminate?) the brake dust problem. I am thinking that I will have the front rotors turned and install new rear rotors. Maybe that is backwards thinking or perhaps I should just go with new rotors on all 4? Should I buy OEM or aftermarket rotors, what brand of brake pads, and what other suggestions do you all have?

if the rotors are not warped which you would feel when you apply the brakes there is no need to have them turned. if you do decide to replace them i would go with aftermarket, and not the expensive ones. the reason i say this is the rotors on my 05 warped at 40,000. i replaced them with autozones and they have 56000 miles on them. the factories were bendix. also be aware that the front rotors come loaded with sealed bearings and a new nut is required at 21 bucks a pop dealer only item, and has to be torqued to 295 ft lbs. the first thing i did was to replaced the pads to get rid of the brake dust, i usually buy the ones priced in the middle of the high and low.

I replaced my front rotors @ 83,000 with Raybestos slotted/ drilled rotors. They were made in the USA. My bearings were about to go. You can get the nut from Dorman, part #615-170 for about $13. I also used ThrmoQuiet Ceramic pads.
