Ok, been reading for hours on every thing, and recently signed up. This is a question that I should have asked sooner. I bought a 2004 f350 KR Crew with 28000 on it. Bought from a Ford dealer's used Truck lot. They had just serviced it. After Reading this thread, I went to check which oil they used. Quaker State, get this, 5W-20.

Should I get this out soon? Is this screwing something up?

I appreciate any thoughts.
