I spent quite a few hours researching to see if I can do what I think can be done, and how to go about it. With any luck, y'all will see a link here soon to a test page so that I can gather inputs and suggestions. This is what I hope to do:

A main page, with an interactive map of the state that when a mouse pointer is over a part of it where some of us are located, will show a list of who's in that area. A menu on it will list Tennessee chapter members, and moving a pointer over a name will show a snapshot of us and our trucks...

A similar map for offroad sites, with a map and description of facilities available - including nearest stores, gas and diesel stations, and campsites.

A map for good scrapyards.

-It's a fairly big project, when I think about it, so I've been story-boarding it from the git-go...

I got some info on Memphis added to it's link. This is one of the parts I saw as being a little bit slow.

Soon I need to start a chapter members drive to gather info about how you see your town and area from a local point of view. I guess now is as good a time as any to drop a post about it...

 

 

Greywolf - Just being nosey - How'd the snow fill the area ? Up on the Mt. here in Unicoi, we got about 2" on ice. Heard Memphis got pounded. I-26 was shut down for a while just south of I-81 last night. Been having fun there 2 ??
