Hey all, just had a hitch in my getup and found nothing with a search. I have not been driving my truck much so this morning I took it for an errand to give it a warm up. I got about 1 mile and when I took off from an intersection, it died, then picked it up and started running crappy. No power. I had to work the throttle to get to a place to pull over. I was going to reset the Edge to stock and I remembered some posts about shutting the engine off and restarting so I did that. It worked! Now my question is: what is the PF106F code I got? Internal control module throttle actuator performance? Has anyone else had this problem and what was the fix? Thanks for any comments.
And as usual, this forum rocks!

I would never have thought to shut it off and start it back up.

I don't have a listing for a PF106F code. I do list a P2106 code that states throttle accuator ctrl system- forced limited power. Make sure that the code you have is correct. I would put the setting back to stock and see if you have anymore problems. Since the Edge is a shift on the fly tuner, it's possible that you have a contact problem with it. Tuners such as SCT actually reflash the pcm thus don't have such problems. Of course you don't have the convenience of changing your settings on the fly either. Just one of the trade offs between the two types of tuners.
