I feel your pain, sorry I couldn't help.

However, if you're playing around your truck and want to help someone - I need help from an F450 owner.

I don't have an F450 but want to put F450 brakes on my earlier model F350. I want to have more stopping power with the 14.53 dia brakes of the F450.

Could you please tell me how the caliper hardware is bolted to the axle? Is it bolted directly to the steering knuckles? Or is it bolted to a caliper anchor plate (backing plate) that is sandwiched between the spindle and the knuckle? A closeup photo would be super if you could.

I hope and pray you'll solve your starting problem soon
Thanks,
Art

P0112 Intake Air Temperature Circuit Low Input

P0113 Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input

I would check and/or replace your intake air temp sensor.

I'm sure Redford's correct about the codes, but I don't think an IAT sensor can cause these symptoms.

Have you checked fuel pressure at the rail? That's where I would start. This would be to rule out the fuel system; I don't think your problem is fuel related. Most fuel problems won't kill it instantly unless that problem was instant pump failure. Since you replaced that, we have to look elsewhere.

How many miles on the truck? Have the plugs ever been replaced? What about COPs? Have you checked for a spark?

You may have something shorted out somewhere, have you checked your fuses?

Remember, if you have compression, valve timing, fuel, and a spark the engine HAS to run!

Very strange...

This is sounding more and more like an electrical issue to me. I'm not sure how it's done, but I would see about getting your PCM tested. PCMs can go bad, and because it controls your entire powertrain, a sudden failure would leave you dead in the water.

I do NOT think this is an air intake issue, but I could be wrong. For something to completely kill the engine, then intermittently allow it to run for short periods of time before dieing again, it would have to be something that could be a problem in certain circumstances but not others, which would almost exclusively be an electrical issue.

All your fuses are good, right?

Give the engine what it wants. See if you can do an EGR delete.

Just a thought.
