Going back to Stock Suspension

Ok,
Well I got my truck with a lift on it. I don't exactly know what went into jacking the truck up so high, but I just want to get it back to the stock height. How the hell can I find out what has been changed? All I can remember specifically is that there's a front leveling kit on the leaf springs. It looks to me to be about 6 to 8 inches higher than stock in front and back, but that's just a guess.

If anyone in the Florida Panhandle or surrounding area wants to swap their stock for mine, I'm all for it. I don't know too much about changing suspensions, but I'm more than willing to help.

Here's a few pics of the truck.
