pirate get boring for you???? i was just looking at this truck the other day. i'm not gonna lie, i preferred it in it's mall crawler phase a little more, but it's still pretty slick, i just dig cab trucks better than chopped down no fender truggies. low cog with the 46's(?) is cool as hell though. not much rock talk around here though if that's your deal.
oh, and welcome newb :flipoff2: <--it doesn't work here, but you get it

Thanks for the welcome, pirate style
It'll have fenders, bedsides, and doors on it. It will still look like a 78 F-150, kinda. All these pictures are at full bump, ride height will be another 8 or so inches up.
I do miss this truck when I drove it everyday, I've been waiting for the right one to pop up on the cheap, so I can build another driver.

cool deal. where abouts do you live? there's a few guys over here that run through parting out and selling a lot of trucks for pretty decent deals. and you'll notice quite a few familiar user names over here from the ford section over there.
p.s. 73 ford guy is a homo and he will tell you that you weld wrong.

Do you make the front and rear bumpers for other people? WOuld order a set if you do.
Here's my baby. It's what's left of a 94 F-150. bobbed long bed, king pin dana 60 in front with a 3 link, sterling 10.25 in the rear with a 4 link on coils and a rear disk conversion. Custom bumpers front and rear, custom suspension, diamond plate fuel cell in between the upper 4 link bars, boxed and redone rear frame, trussed axles, expedition overhead console, custom crossmembers, 44" boggers on weld 16.5x12 scorpios and probably more that I'm forgetting. Next on the list to get it going is the 203/205 doubler with the triple stick conversion and then rebuilding the axles with 5.38s and arbs

The one thing that I'm most proud about on this thing is that I've had a hand in building everything on this thing. Most of the work I did, but had a some help on a few things, but I can definately say this thing is MY TRUCK!

It doesn't have a 30in lift or 50in tires but I think its bad *** and probly the oldest 4x4 here that gets used and abused. 1964 f250 390 semi built 400hp, 35in bfg a/t ( don't bash, its my daily driver) going to be going up to 38in mtr's when its time for tires, 456 gears and 12in glass packs lol
