Lapine is a nice little town, sometimes very differant, but very nice. Hard winters down there, lots of snow. Hwy 97 can bet tuff in the winter.

Snow is NOT a problem, spent 2 years in Illinois.........CO winter is pleasant in comparison!............LaPine is SO close to the Century drive lakes, close to Bend but not TOO close...............Bend is out of reach, upscale yuppie area.
