IVE HAD IT with this clutch system and manual gearbox!!
new master cylinder... the pedal has some power to it like normal but nomather what i do i wont go into gear!!! we bled it like a 100 times no air whatsoever in the system and its still bad!! clutch has the resistance like normal but the clutch down there only move about 0.5 cm what the heck is wrong here??
the slave cyl is also new!!
(on the side note what does a slave cyl does when it goes bad?)
im sooo tired of this i have a C6 lying around im gonna rebuild it and put it in the truck!!
what could be the problem here??

hmm.i would lean towards the slave being bad BUT, i would also ask when you bleed the system how do you do it? according to manufacturers recommendations when bleeding this type of system you should wait at least 30 seconds in between each pedal push. now what reason that is for i have no idea but it seems to help with some people when i tell them about it.

My friend is a Ford tech and he says he always uses a power bleeder to do them, just like brakes, and he claims that that works much better than just doing it without a pressurized bleeder pushing on the master cylinder's fluid level.
People have made these bleeders relatively easily:
Build a Brake Bleeder:

I second the idea that the slave can fail, without an external leak--they just bypass internally, like a master cylinder can, sometimes.
Good luck.

The Mazda 5 speeds have a rubber plug on the side of the bellhousing, pull that out and have a buddy press and release the clutch pedal repeatedly. You should be able to see if the slave cyl is functioning properly, you also should be able to see the pressure plate moving. Believe it or not it is possible to still have air in the system, and it's a PITA to bleed it out sometimes... I have dealt with several of these. What exactly happened, were you driving and lose the clutch pedal? Were you replacing parts and are in the process of putting the truck back together? I actually went through two slave cylinders in my 96 F150 in less than a year, they were defective and replaced under warranty. Trust me I know how frustrating it can be, don't give up!

if it moves a little then its probley just not bleed. before you take it out just take the cap off the master, put a towel over it, put a prybar between the throwout and pressure plate and pump the slave to push all the air out of the master. with these systems the air bubbles are all throughout the line and are a pain to get to bleed out manually. either use a power bleeder or pump the slave. worked on mine first try
