French Lake Auto Salvage

I was just wondering if anyone has been there? Me and a friend were just there over the weekend and all I can say was WOW!!! They must have had thousands of cars. Cars from the 1900's all the way up to 2000. They did seem to be a little expensive on some things though. Tailgates for a 1967-72 was $150, but I did find a near perfect 1969 polished aluminum grille. They said they wanted $85 for it. I could have spent days just looking at everything!!

It is southeast of St. Cloud about 30 miles. It is by a town called French Lake, but it has an annandale adress and phone number, sorry I don't have it right now. If noone else posts the number I'll find it for you.

I can't find French Lake on my Minnesota map so if you can just give me some directions I'll find it. Just some directions off the freeway or from Annandale.
Thanks,
Wally

On my map it looks like it is south of Hwy 55 from annandale on 3 and East of 15 from Kingston on 27 switching to 37 before French Lake. Or out of Buffalo, west on 35 then north on 3. It's in Wright county and on the map appears to be straight south of St. Cloud.

I got it now, thanks!!! French Lake just isn't on my AAA map. I have to go Christmas shopping this weekend but as soon as I can I'm heading out there. I need a few items for my '52 F1 and I need a tailgate for my '37 Plymouth pickup. Don't kick me out for that one but I just love pickups and you don't see many of those. It will probably end up with a Ford flathead or a 289 in it when I'm done.
Thanks again,
Wally

I don't think anyone will critisize you for your Plymouth pickup. Think of it as being like a Mercury pickup. There gems either way cause there aren't a lot left. Besides, Plymouth is now history anyways.
