wipers and radio and power windows stopped working

All at once I lost my wipers and power windows plus the radio and there where no blown fuses? Anyone had this problem. I have a 2003 Ford Ranger 4x4 XLT FX4 4.0 with an automatic trans.

Do those acc. work when the key is rocked back to acc. position? (not with ignigtion "ON").
