Steering slop--'88 F350 4X4

My truck weaves all over the road when I'm driving. Is there an adjustment in the steering box that will tighten it up some? Thanks.

Yes, you can adjust the steering box, but if you have slop in any other steering part it doesn't matter what you do to the box. You have to find out where the play is and fix it.
