Spring shackle bolts
In ripping apart a parts truck, I found it was easier to break loose the rear spring hangers from the frame than it was to remove two of the four bolts. It's a Wisconsin truck, so there's no denying the rust, but no amount of torquing or hammering on these has brought success. Beyond cutting them out, does anyone have suggestions for getting these out? I'm pretty sure they're solid to bushings.
I'm thinking it must've made for a helluva rough ride, too, but I never went far with it.
