Your truck looks awesome! What is that emblem underneath the F-150? Is it a dealer emblem?

Yeah it is... I haven't gotten motivated to take them off yet, i don't really mind them too much since they are an awesome dealership.

Nice ride, great shoes, good for you! And you said you saved for it, that's even better. Stay away from those credit cards, they're good to have for emergencies, but they bite.... ask me how I know. Sorry for the rant but I felt that was just as important as your tires.

Thanks Tylus, I wanted a tire that was a little more aggressive but nothing extreme as I only need a better tire about %5 of my driving time during hunting season, the rest is just highway back and forth to the daily grind. I have never ran Nitto's before so we will see what this winter brings.

Nice looking!

In your research, did you happen to stumble across the maximum size 20's i can fit without lifting or leveling the truck? I'm soon ready for new shoes as well, and want something different than the stock Pirelli 20's. I hate these 20" rims - not enough All terrain choices for decent money out there.

You experiencing any rubbing when turned full lock?

The 20" rims are nice because they are an 8.5" wide rim instead of the 7.5" of the stock 18's or 17 inch rims, but they make tires (1) expensive and (2) less tire sizes available. BFGOODRICH makes the all-terrain in 285/55/20 which is slightly larger but should fit stock. Other than that the choices in 20" rim are pretty slim without going bigger and needing a leveling kit. The stock 275/55/20 is already a pretty good sized tire for stock but doesn't leave much room for improvement without a leveling kit. I am absolutely satisfied with the Autospring leveling kit though, great ride still(especially with new tires that actually have sidewalls), easy to install, and cheap.

These tires do rub on the A-arms at extreme full lock simply because the extra inch of wheel width Ford put in the 20's is on the inside of the wheel.

hope this helps.

that is just a sharp looking truck all around. enjoy the nittos, my buddy has them on his dodge 2500 for 36k miles so far and they still have a lot left. He absolutely loves them (also mainly highway, except for 4-wheeler and hunting trips)

Nice. Those 295's actually make the 20" wheels look "average" size on our trucks. lol

I'm probably going to stick with a set of 275/60's on mine. I still like just a tad more open wheel well than that.

ive got terra grapplers on my truck too and love them. I have the 17" white 5-spoke wheels with 285/70s on and a leveling kit. have experienced no clearance issues. and just FYI, the Daystar brand 1" Budget Boost kit actually raises the front about two-and-a-quarter inches. Much cheaper than many other leveling kits...

the autospring 2" leveling kit actually measures 1 5/8" thick, something about the geometry of the suspension gives it the extra 3/8 inch. Fyi they aren't kidding that the front end will drop after getting an alignment, mine dropped exactly 1/2 an inch from just re-setting the toe-in. When i first installed the spacers the lift was too much and i kinda panicked, luckily it dropped after the alignment.
