02 F350 4x4 auto with 150,800 miles. I had never changed fluid in the trans., so I decided to and while I was in there changing the filter I went ahead and installed the shift improvement kit from PureDieselPower.com. Everything went great. Followed instructions off of FTE to flush all of the old fluid out(switched to synthetic), installed the new springs and valve. Bolted it back up filled it up(~18 qts), took off for a test drive. Loved the way it shifts, but I have an issue. Every once in a while the TC won't unlock coming up to a stop sign. Pop it into neutral to stop then into gear and the TC will remain locked. The next stop I make(1 block or 1 mile) everything acts normal. Wondering if I messed something up with the install. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

my trans was losing overdrive at every other stop. Took some time to figure it out, but it ended up being a bad computer. Found a used on on craigslist for 75 bucks.
