300 and 351 fuel pump

Is there a difference or not?

No.. same for all engines except possibly diesel, 460 and Lightning.

Would I be correct in assuming that the 460 and Lightning pumps are higher flow?

No you would not, they are the same pump.

I don't know if all these trucks use the exact same pump or not Bill is probably right on this one. The most common ratings I see mentioned are between 80-110 gph, but even if there are different pumps it's not going to be very big difference and they would all work with a 300 or 351 motor no problem.
