1987 ford F350 with Kingpin D60 help?

HI,
I have an 87 F350 with the D60 kingpin style. I'm having this shake of death at around 40-45mph. Come to find out that the lower balljoint or call it lower kingpin is very lose. Can anyone help in directing me to getting replacement parts as my local partstore can't find kingpins for me at all. And also direct me with some kind of direction in replacing these? Thanks so much I much appreciate.

Can`t help on how to but try rockauto.com or summitracing.com or broncograveyard.com for the part. RockAuto usually have a good pic of the part which may give a clue on how to replace it.
Hopefully some of the experts will chime in soon.
