Anybody in the greater Vancouver area know the best place to buy one?

other than lordco and napa i would say go to a ford dealer

Is it the same part number for Canadian NAPA's as it is in the states? GPR-109?

I would think it is, but it shouldn't be hard to find out.

I think it would be ECH GPR -109.

Thank friends, I just put a Ford one on and cracked the plastic housing when I tightened one of the small connectors. It works anyways so I will leave it as is for now.

Is that the piece that looks like a betamax tape with a tiny popcan stuck on top and some wire terminals on it?

Yes, a choclate brown plastic looks like bakilite.
Except I cannot spell bakilite

funny thing, I just helped me friend replace his two days ago because his truck was having trouble starting cold even well after the wait light had gone out. Seems to have fixed the problem though.
