Stalls/Stumbles coming down to Idle
1999.5 F250 7.3L 6spd manual, When the truck is warm and coming to a stop, rpm will drop below normal idle down to around 500 rpm then rebound back up to normal idle rpm. Every so often it will stall, fires right back up, but it is getting a little annoying. I replaced fuel filter, camshaft position sensor, air filter's clean. I'm new to the diesel thing, where do I look next?

Scanned it a couple days ago, no codes. Oil has less than a thousand miles on it, Delo 15w40. Oil is where it should be.
I will give the icp sensor a try tomarrow. I dont think you can drive the truck with the sensor unpluged, but I will see if idle is affected. Truck only stumbles/stalls when coming when coming down from motion. Idles great otherwise. I have noticed symptoms seem to be worse when coming down from freeway speeds, I have been getting in the habit of "bliping" the throttle to keep truck from stalling, that is all it needs.
