LeClaire, IA near the Quad Cities. About an hour north of rbig1. Good idea to start this thread David. I drove all over the place retrieving parts during my build. Not easy to find up our way.

Everybody post up what you are building if you would, and if you have any parts. I know this isn't the classifieds, swapping should probably occur off forum.

1953 F100 street rod. 302-C4-9" Just about nothing stock except the sheetmetal.

Don't have many spare parts anymore, but I do have good doors, lots of new SS fasteners, 55 front turns, heater assy, other random small parts. Need to check the attic I guess.

Name's Jason and I live in a suburb of Des Moines. I have had my 53 F100 for 30 years and just bought a 55 F100 a few days ago.

My 53 is in pieces and the 55 is all together and there minus the rear axle.

I plan on building one complete truck out of what I have, 53 cab, 55 front clip and bed, subframed frame, pontiac 389 tri-power, ford 9" all on air bags...

I basically have what amounts to two trucks and will have quite a bit left over afterward! If anyone needs something let me know, I might have it...
