HI everyone. I haven't been around in a while. Thought i'd stop in to say hi.
Dave Sponaugle, I brought my junker over your way the July 4th weekend to play in some mud and it looks like we might do it again befor this months out.
I may have injured my engine during the Tyler Co Fair but i'm gonna try to put a band aid or two on it for one last weekend and I dont care what happens to it. I'm building an A headed 533 ci over the winter .
All I have left to buy is rods, crank, bearings and a few valve trian parts.
Also, this might not be the place for it, but I am looking for a 1994 or newer Ranger Extended cab. The only thing im interested in is the cab, front clip and frame. Doesnt matter if its 4x4, 4x2, 4cyl or 6, running or not. Slightly wrecked is ok even. Im looking for something as cheap as possible to put my rockwells and tractor tires under. The newer and cheaper, the better. If anyone in the chapter can help me out I sure would be greatful!
Hey if someone here helps me find a good deal, I'll even put their screen name on it and send them a pic of it once its done!
Thanks everyone, Dave S.

International's are basical bullet proof until parts are needed..........guessing what is in it is another thing. If gasoline and has upper engine noises avoid unless planning on rebuild as valve trains are traditionaly heavy which takes out cam bearings that I have found in dealing with these. Good luck Joe.

Good morning everyone, hope all is well and a good day is to be had. I sat here for a while this morning surveying this past week and think to my self that I have had quite a time.
Good fortune has come into my life and I begin yet another chapter in living my next 50 years as I have reapplied for my old job as line tech at Laramie Peak Motors……a Ford dealership in Wheatland, Wyoming which I will start on September 15. I have been away 11 years having focused on this ranch which I will continue to live at but will cut out the 17 hour days that have been occurring mostly during the summer time and weeks that go by without knowing that there had been weekends that have come and gone.
I cannot complain but I have come a long ways since spring of 99 knowing as time goes along that I have missed working in the Ford dealerships so I look forward even though I have a lot of catch up to do to reassuming my status and work towards my masters doing what I love.
It shall be one heck of a ride……………I have other things that are taking place in my life at this time as well………..but I shall wait for a later time to disclose as things work along but can assure that I’ am loving life. Must go for now but will get back soon.
