Some pics of my progress

Spent some time in the garage and was able to get some stuff that I picked up from HOTRODSTRUCKS put on. Maybe the fenders and the reverse tilt hood hinges this weekend.

Great progress. From looking at your gallery it looks like you have a great starter truck.I love seeing Vette motors in these old trucks.I see that you live up in Dayton will you be coming down to Owensville for the Pumkin Run Nationals this weekend. This is a great show that normally gets close to 3000 cars.

Thanks guys for the comments. I know I have asked some seriously dumb questions here, but with this being the first time I have ever attempted anything like this there are more questions than answers. I have to give most of the credit to Mikey, my body guy that became a friend. I have helped with the frame, front and rear suspension, the engie and tranny and the inner fenders. Mikey lost his life in a horrible car accident and that has motivated me even more to get this completed. It was weird going back in the garage without him to ask my questions. Looks like I am on my own to finish it.

56panelford: yes the rear end is out of a C@&*$ Camaro (not my choice, it came with it)

Wayne: I think I will swing by, I have a crew on a project in Lebanon so that might give me an excuse to get away from a few hours.

Very sorry to hear about your friend.. But ask away, there are no 'dumb' questions, only questions you don't yet know the answer to. And can we answer questions?!.. sometimes even correctly!
