My truck wont start

I started it earlier today so that I could plug it in just to make sure the block heater was still working and it isn't what a surprise anyway it won't do anything now i turn the key on and the gauges come on all lights come on the programmer comes on but when I turn the key I get nothing. no click no noise nothing. Bat voltage is 11.4 after glow plugs cycle off. Think I might have blown a fuse when I plugged it in any ideas???

Batt voltage sounds kind of low after the plugs go off. Does it drop any when you turn the key from on to start? Any clicking or chattering from the relays or fuse boxes? What happens if you leave the key on and short the passenger fender relay? Did you check the simple stuff like gear shift in Park, and try to start in Neutral?

Dammit I didn't check to make sure it was all the way in park it has a tendency to slip out alittle and I forgot all about it I will check that when I get off work. Thanks for the thought I would almost bet my paycheck that it what it is.

I hope that's it Deven. When you turn the key and don't get any response at all, it's often the simple things like this.

Just to make sure you make it through winter, you might want pull all the battery connections apart and do a good cleaning of all the contact surfaces to shiny metal and then use some grease to seal the connections and then reassemble.
