Just got back a little while ago. Didn't take long to browse through everything. It kind of seemed like it was down quite a bit overall compared to the last time I went, I don't know if it's the economy or has something to do with the new ownership. Pretty good swap meet area, but I didn't see a whole lot of people buying. Just guessing I'd say 70% of the trucks were 48 to 56 trucks, 15% were 60's trucks, 10% were 70's trucks, and the remainder were 50's cars and a few mustangs. I took some pictures and will try to get some posted in a couple days.

Thanks for the report. If the storms don't move on I might just stay in middle TN.

This 1965 F100 was there last year as well. It's a "true" Ranger with factory bucket seats & console.

However, the grille is from 1966, the marker lights are add ons, and the wheel covers are from a 1965 Ford Galaxie.

Last year the site owner said more cars would be at this meet this year, why I didn't bother to come back for a second time.

I can see all the cars I want here in LA LA Land.

Thanks for posting the pics.

I took a bunch of pics last year, then emailed them to SteveBricks, the SoCal Chapter leader.

They are posted in the SoCal Chapter forum.

btw: June 20th, 2009 is the date for the F100 Western Nationals Truck Show held at Featherly Park in Yorba Linda (Orange County) CA.

Pics will be posted in the SoCal Chapter. This is an ALL truck show, no cars allowed!

Bill; that's the first Slick I've seen with those side marker on the front fender's, is it a big truck option?
Also looking forward to seeing those pic's of the Western Nationals, I guess its the next best thing as being there!

Both of the lamps are gypo's aka autoparts store add-ons.

No factory side markers till 1968.

Big congrats and well deserved Shane. I should have made a better effort to come up to the show.
