2000 5.4 timing chain tenioner

Does anyone know the do's and don'ts to replacing timing chain tenioners
on 2000 F-250 5.4. It rattles when you first start the motor until it builds enough oil preasure.

theres a mod motor fourm here ..how bad is it????? mine dose that for about a sec some times..... you should try the 5.4 motor fourm maybe do a serach there
