In regards to whether or not you get more CC amps out of them or not it makes sense that with double the battery you have double the storage when put together in parallel.

When you parallel the batteries you will see double the capacity with the same voltage.

When you series the batteries you will see double the voltage with the same capacity.

Connecting Batteries in Series or Parallel

On our trucks they are paralleled, not put together in series.

And this is what made my final decision and why I went with a Napa battery.

You see I shopped around town a bit looking for batteries and in the process I met a guy at the local Schuck's that stated he had in the past purchased wally batteries and the first battery died when winter hit, the second battery froze up and bulged out like a balloon. After that he went some where else to get a bettery
