Plugs and Coil Packs

I remember reading something on changing them before but its been a long time since I have been on this forum.
What all is involved in changing the plugs and coil packs on a 01 expy with a 5.4? I am in Iraq right now so I can't just look at my motor but I have a little work to do to it when I get home on leave at the end of the month. Anyone know of a write up or something? Thanks

Interesting that you reference that post; I remember writing that after replacing my plugs between my second and third deployments to Iraq. Several deployments later (including one to Afghanistan) and I finally retired, now catching up with the rest of the repairs ....
