I agree the I6/460 tube is the way to go.
Adding a better flowing filter is also a good idea.
The CAI is a joke, no matter who made it. I don't know why they are called cold air intakes anyway, since they suck in warm air from under the hood. I had one and it was worthless except for sounding cool. My truck didn't run as good and got worse fuel economy.
