I plan on adding cruise control to my bare bones 2009 Super Duty. I'm guessing that that part won't be a big deal - install new steering wheel, plug in cruise switch, then have the dealer flash the PCM. However, while I'm doing this are there additional upgrades I can do with out too much hassle? Can I add climate and radio controls as well? If so, are they plug and play? Or does the dealer have to program those as well? Thanks for any input.
