When I lifted my 04, I went back n forth a bunch of times over the 2.5" kit and the 4.5"
I went with the 4.5 and ABSOLUTELY FREAKING LOVED IT... I also went with 35's (had the v10 and 3.73's) I did not re gear but rarely towed more than 6k lbs
the DR (icon - pre sex charges) kit at the time came with a drop pitman arm and a drop trackbar bracket... it was a PITA to install the trackbar. I'd imagine an adjustable one would be the way to go
