hydraulic line concentric clutch slave cylinder
How do I remove the line at the slave? Tried to push the nylon ring in and pull the hose out = no go. I have pulled off the white nylon c-clip, but the line still won't budge.

You need that little clutch line disconnect tool thingy. Ask for it at Napa they will know what you need.

Do you have a picture of the special tool so that I can fabricate one? y Napa store says they don't have one, that it's a "Ford thing".

Never worked on that system but I think you are on the right lines first. Push the nylon ring in and pull hard and I think it should come apart.

My clutch kit from Napa came with one. And the local Napa has them in the display with all the other specialty tools. Napa P/N SER3413
