Different fuels from different suppliers will burn differently. IIRC Ron was getting his fuel from the same place. He filled up somewhere different and his MPG went up a little

Yea, I have to wonder that too. I filled up in Tacoma Washington and drove to Idaho and got 23.5 mpg but recently went from Northern Idaho to southern idaho and back and got about 19

Well I changed all the fluids, except coolant, (that will be another day) and have put three or four tanks of fuel through it. Took a road trip of about three hundred miles this weekend. Filling the tank up to throat each time I was able to get 20 miles to the gallon. Paper and Pen calculations. Not to shabby for a 3/4 ton truck. I will take those numbers. Haven't figured out in town milage. Hopefully better than what it was before. Plus I did the 6637 mod to. That migh of helped.
