newest ice road truckers... alaska dotd using 2011 KR

Just noticed it that there using a 2011 KR to test if the ice is gonna break.. figured id let it out there.. anybody know where to get that exact grill cover for whens its cold?.. i got an idea im going to need it when it gets cold since it already takes forever to warm up

i thought the guy driving was going to sink the truck when he got it stuck, i guess when it isnt his own truck he drives it like he stoll it.

It was Great to see a 2011,,6.7 too,,up there getting a workout,,,,But I gotta say,,,I dont think I would have driven my 06' F-350 on that failing Ice River crossing!

They Need to build a Bridge for that town!

I saw that....I thought that he was going to put it in the water. Good looking rig tho. I bet the grille cover is made by one of the companies that make the covers for the tractor trailers.

Yeah I was watching those crazy foos last night too. When dude changed out his air filter, I was like dang that almost looks like the same air filter my truck has HAHA. Poor chick was wanting heavier loads, but you have to crawl before you run.

Holy crap! It has a light bar on the box as well! I would hate to get pulled over by that thing for speeding... I would never hear the end of it! Lol

Saw it too. Man it looked good. I was surprised it was a KR since it's state truck. That must be close to one of the first off the line given when the show was taped. Good PR for Ford.

I know Ford has a lot to do with the Discovery channels and it's sister channels. Guess that is why Mike Rowe does their commercials. Wonder if that is why they have them?
