I have a 300 6 in my 49 f2 with t18 behind it just got it runny its a nice combination

 

put the cab on the frame.....not happy with the chop top for this build so I found a unmolested '51 ford cab ,should get it home at the end of the mouth........notice the half "Z" lighter spot on the base of the door, that's what happens to por-15 when it's exposed to sun light...putting a primer over the por-15 prevents this chemical reaction.........

 

here's the '48 f-1,all done and on the road...... I bought a '50-'51 cab non chopped, '68 mustang 351w, c-4 and a '57 f-100 9"

my current project....'48 modified f-1 frame, '40 big truck cab, z'ed buggy transverse spring, 1965 ford fairlane 8", limited slip differential,pete and jakes parallel bars, planning to run a inline 6,300,1965, 3 speed toploader.....her she is so far.....
