strange steering noise

I have an 02 f250 and recently have had a strange noise coming from my front end. it only happens if the truck has been sitting a couple of hours or so. it used to only happen when i backed out of my driveway and turned the wheel, and now it does it when i go forward as well. i can start my truck and let it run and it makes no difference. when i start to move and "turn" the wheel left or right it make a strange "groaning" sound for about 50-100 feet (only when i move the wheel) and then stops, and doesnt appear again till i let the truck sit a while. it has steering fluid, and doesnt sound the same as when your fluid is low. any ideas? (ive had my steering box replaced twice by ford since 02)

I sounds like your steering pump again. Replacing your PS oil or maybe going to synthetic might cure it.
