2005 rear rotor question

Hey, just a quick question about the rear rotors on my 05 screw. I am changing the pads and rotors, and noticed a machined slot in the outside edge of the rotor (old and new), I also noticed a marked dimple on the outer flange. So what Im getting at is, are the rotors clocked to the hub? The rotors should be balanced neutral should they not?

Never heard of that. On my 05, just like any rig in the past, I just bolt them on and go.
