Welcome to FTE; bump side refers to the body styling on the sheet metal of these trucks, 67-72 had the protrusion (bump) and the 73-79 were concaved (dent side).
I just rebuilt my 390 using the book “How to Rebuild Big Block Ford Engines” by Steve Christ. It has all the specs you are looking for and I could post them for you when I get home from work. But I am sure someone will come along prior to that help you with all the info you need. If not I will check back this evening and see if you still need some help. There is and engine section on this site as well.

Never heard the body styles refered to that way, makes sense, I'll have to remember that.Found all the info., just had to do a little running arround.
