Tip on Changing The Fuel Filter un...

a 94 302. The problem is the tank side fuel line. It's a tight fit. There has to be a trick to it...

Thanks in advance

hey if you are having a problem trying to disconect the fuel lines from the filter i suggest buying the plastic clip on disconect tools from the auto store. They worked 100% better for me than the cheapy sissors type metal tool. There are 3 little ***** that hold the lines on and you need to get the lip of the disconect tool under all the them and use elbow grease to twist and pull it off.

the metal one. There isn't enough tom to get it in between the tank and filter.

The plastic ones work better for this in my opinion. I have both tools and always use the plastic. Its easier to push all the way in.
