I found one in my local yard last year for $20. I was short on money and sold it on Ebay for $115. If I find another one, I'll sell to one of you first for less money.

Hey guys, FYI, the 73 -79 medium duty Fords used the same dash as the 67 - 72 trucks did. I just scored a painted cluster out of a 75 for $10.

They may look the same, but looks can be deceiving

Y'all know...of course that the 1967 dash is 1967 ONLY.

This not only applies to F100/350's but to F500/750's as well.

This means that the instrument cluster bezel and its cluster back are also 1967 only, whether for an F100/350 or an F500/750.

This means the ebay seller is in-correct as the cluster does not fit 1967/72's. It either fits 1967, or it doesn't.

What year is this instrument cluster actually from?

Numbers, I believe the seller means it will fit the openings. But may have to rewire for wiring. I know I have seen a few 67 with 70's and up dashes in them

I don't think he means any such thing...he just assumes it's the same because it looks the same.

C7TZ10876A .. Instrument Cluster Bezel / Fits: 1967 F500/750 Standard Cab.

C7TZ10876B .. Instrument Cluster Bezel / Fits: 1967 F500/750 Custom Cab.

I'm not gonna bother looking any further, but I do know that a 1967 radio and heater will not fit a 1968/72.

And if we look up the cabs metal dash panel, Im betting it have the same number for both custom and standard cabs. Just like IF I wrecked my 72, I can find a 67 cab, and bolt everything I have in mine with very little mods. Yes the heater is different, But the dash opening itself is the same, so are the door, glass Seats, Fuel tank. Yes I know 67 had a slightly different tank, but a 72 tank will bolt right in, Sometimes it seeing beyond the numbers and realizing many companies change part numbers not because its a new part, But for inventory needs of the time. I deal with this issue a lot when working on boats. Many parts are order and renumber by companies to fit there needs, But there still the same as the one you get from another company. Like a 76 OMC 302 cobra Jet. The 302 is a FORD 302. But OMC has its own parts catalog system. And Since they went out of Biz. I spend many hours cross checking parts just so I can do repairs to them.

So my friend, This is one of those times where, It may NOT be meant to fit, But it simply does.

It doesn't make any difference if the dash panel itself is for a Custom or Standard Cab, but the dash is 1967 only:

C7TZ8104320A = 1967 F100/350 // C7TZ8104320B = 1967 F500/750 /// 1968/69 F100/350: C8TZ8104320A // 1970/72 F100/350: DOTZ1004320A // 1968/72 F500/750: C8TZ8104320B.

The in cab fuel tank is basically the same 1961/72, because Ford replaced the original used 1961/69 (C1TZ9002K) in 1970 (1970/72 = DOTZ9002A) for use as a service part replacement.

The only differences are the capacity and one brass fitting. This tank has been reproduced by Blue Oval Truck Parts,

1967 doors are 1967 only. 1968/72's have door lock *****. On 1967's, you push the inside door handle forward to lock the doors.

The only parts that interchange with 1968/72 doors are the glass, both hinges, weatherstrips and division bars, everything else is 1967 only, including the door shells themselves.

1968/72 doors will bolt on a 1967 and vice versa, but that's it.

The brake and clutch pedals, bracket under the dash they hang from...are 1967 only...as the firewall is 1967 only.

Hey guys, I have that dash in question. I am in the middle of a move so I haven't been on here much lately. I have four of these type dash clusters in various states. I have a 1967 f100, and that is the type dash I put in mine.It bolted directly in. I also upgraded to a late 70's wiring harness and had to adapt the wiring.I didn't get into all the specifics because most people realize that in no way looks like their existing cluster, and accept some modification(as stated) will be required. The extras I have were for spare parts for my truck.I didn't need this one so I listed it.

Tach NOT Ford...........

The listing with the Cluster with the 5000 rpm tach is NOT a Factory Ford Item. If it were, it might be worth what the seller thinks it is. Most of the Tachs were cable drive for these clusters and were connected to a 361/391 industrial distributor. There were a very few of the Ford Original tachs that were electronic, but only went to 4500 rpm's. If it were one of these, then it might be worth somewhere near to what the seller thinks this "aftermarket" unit makes the cluster worth.

By the way, Williamson's can make you up an exact looking tach for only $400 to match the cluster and vacuum gauge exactly with an 8000 rpm capability.
