Unfortunately, I think you're right. I saw that too and I'm not sure I like the thoughts of it. I do like the fact that it looks like they're changing to the kind of IP switches on the center stack like the new F-150s and others.

Well when the new superduty debuted in 1999. People werent to crazy about that design either. I love the current bodystyle an the new one will take awhile to grow on people but Ford will still sell the heck out off them. Even when Dodge an GM redesigned there HD trucks they still havent caught up to Fords superduty.

I dig the dually fenders. I hate the huge honking fenders they have on current and past truck. I actually really liked the small flattish dually fenders on the dodge duallys a year or two ago.
The headlights are too friggin big. Seems Ford is making there truck half headlight lately. I don't get why they can't use a single headlight lense like every other previous year truck. I don't like the droopy eye look. The grill and bumper don't look too bad. I'm still trying to figure out why they put the stupid camo on these trucks, like we don't know its a Ford.
Dropping the 6.8l and manual is a big nono. If Ford wants to drop an engine redesign the E-series to fit the new 3V V10s and drop the 2V V10.

The camo is to hide what the front end, and whatever else they want to hide really looks like. Sometimes they even have fake framework under the camo to change the shape. For instance, before 2010 Ram HDs were officially shown to the public, the crew crab trucks had a fake extension on the camo to make it appear that it was the same old boring megacab, but it infact was the new crew cab.

I thought the same; the 3/4 shot looks like a Chevy with the huge headlights.

I am assuming the lights on top (the orange lights) and the bumps on the camo above them are fake.
If that is the case then I think I like what I see. The grill isn't as massive as the 3rd gen trucks, fender flares give it a "let's go work hard" feeling.
Everything from the A pillar back looks the same.

And again, we have nothing but rumor about the 6.2 vs. the V10. From the article:
"The gas engine is expected to be the new 6.2-liter premium V-8, which should replace the 6.8-liter V-10."
EXPECTED. SHOULD.
Shouldn't Ford have released SOME info about this before now? Drum up expectations for the new gas engine?

Just found some better shots on another site. Better close-ups.

There are like 6 or 7 photos in there. If you look just above the pic that's displayed, you can zoom in all the way to 2400px and really see some detail...especially on the interior shots.
