I have a 5 spd so I personally havent the need to look into one but the people in one of my other forums rave about BTS that and I hear alot about about ATS possibly because they are manufactured here in town and sponsor local events. They are the ones I hear the most good things about.

This is the converter that BTS uses:

http://www.converter.com/stallion_power.htm

It has held up good in my truck so far and I am by no means easy on it!

How much did your BTS trans and TC run you?

My truck got a new factory reman right before I bought it, but I know it'll give out at some point if I get the mods done that I want.

$4100 to my door. That is with shipping both ways and no core charge. They are pricey but it is the best money I have spent on the truck so far. Great product with great service.

Branting Industries is where I get my torque converters from... they are local to me, Denver. I know them personally there, and they have great customer service... the only problem is they dont take credit cards, or have a website.

They will build you a converter for what ever you want... and are very very reasonably priced.

ATS is also local and would be my second choice.
