Yes usually the center pin of the 7 pin trailer connector, unless someone else "played" w/ it.

There's also a switch on the rod that the clutch pedal pushes. Two switches in one. The two red/blue wires going to it are for the starter circuit. They should read "open" until you push the clutch all the way to the floor. The other two (don't know the wire colors; no EVTM handy) are for the cruise control. They should read "closed" with the pedal up, but "open" as soon as you move the pedal at all. You could, as a test, put a jumper wire between those two wires on the back side of the connector; just remember that when you do, the clutch will NOT disengage the cruise.

I also have this problem. I have the 5 speed and I was not aware of the clutch pedal switch. I will test it tomorrow. Thanks to all involved in this thread. Sorry
