Regualr wipers to intermittent,.?

What would I need to change my regular wipers in my 1988 F250 to intermittent wipers?
I already have the switch in the dash, but what else is involved?

It would be nice to have while I am plowing this winter.

Thanks!

88 should already have them. you have to change the switch to one that turns to the left as well as the right 87-91. and the brain box behind it. it has a harness that plugs to the switch, and another that plugs to where the dash harness plughs into the back of your switch. make sure to hook up the seperate ground wire, or the intermit part don't work

Thanks for the info, I have the switch already but didn't do any kind of ground wire. I will give that a try!

the ground wire is a part of the case, sometimes people don't realize it, and it gets yanked off in the removal process. it goes from the switch to the metal part of the dash
