Use F350 coils in F150 4X4

I'm no expert, but I vaguely remember some other member tried a similar setup with F350 coils and they didn't work, no matter how hard he tried. I think he tried F250 coils and they wouldn't slip into the disc to tighten down without hitting the steering knuckle.
I think this may apply, I'm unsure. Maybe another member can fill in the blanks for me.
I recently,(last year) swapped my OE springs with a set of MOOG HD springs. Brought the front end up and took the sagginess out. Remember that if you swap coils with something other, or maybe new OE coild, you shoul dhave it aligned again to correct any distortion in the Camber and Caster.
I didn't, and it wore my Pass. side tire down a wee bit more and started pulling terrible as the months went on. about 800 miles was all it took. It didn't or I do not recall it doing it after I replaced them, as I'm a poor man and I like to enjoy the money I spend on my truck, not tearing things up.
I also got the Skyjacker dual shock option for my '92 and added 4 bilsteins to the front. Took that back jarring pain out. Lot smoother ride.
