suspention questions

im looking to level and lift my 2wd 2 or 3inches. a factory 4x4 f150 coil would give me 2" in the front. correct? does this mean an aftermarket 4x4 1.5" leveling coil will give me 3.5? (actually have rough country in mind) im only looking to buy coils and maybe a spring spacer. i already have blocks for the rear and i would rather do a shackle flip then use the blocks i have. im thinkin of just using a spring hanger from factory by replacing the shackle hanger with it. i measured em and they were the same
