2000 navigator water leak when it rains
Hellow I have a 2000 navigator that has a water leak coming from the drivers a pillar where the grab handle is when it rains, would the leak be coming from the windshield or moon roof. Is this the area that effects the gem module, thanks in advance for your help.

You have one of two problems. Either the drain plug inside the sunroof is plugged or the drip bar that runs across the back of the sunroof to catch water has came loose. If the drip bar is loose then you should hear a rattle sound up in your roof because it gets pushed back into the roofline. Do a search under drip bar which has been discussed before.

I've blown the drains out with the air duster cans and also with a compressor set low. I have always worried about blowing a tube off somewhere in the A pillar never to find it again. You can test the drains by pouring some water in the tray ahead of the roof (roof open) and seeing if it goes down. Should wind up on the ground. You can check for slow flow by comparing how fast each side drains (there is one on each side). Could also just be a marginal seal on the windshield has decided to not be marginal anymore.

Hello, I have a 1999 Lincoln Navigator. It does not have a sunroof. The problem I've been having is when it rains, water leaks inside where the top of the inside ceiling console is. The truck has a fall down TV installed. Every time it rains the radio will not play and water is in the cup holder. This time my truck will not start. What could be the problem?

Did you check from the outside or just the inside? But seriously, I'd say the windshield seal around the top has sprung a leak. You can check it yourself by closing all the windows and doors tight and placing the blower on high (not Max A/C). This will pressurize the cabin and you can then spray water around the windshield seal to see if air bubbles appear. If you still don't find anything, I would then take the truck into an automotive glass place and have them check it out.
