5.0 Slow, sputtering start

I've got a 95 bronco with a stock 302 that idles and runs great, except for starting. When cold i have to crank it over many times and i get a few sputters before one of the sputters finally leads to something and it starts. When up to temperature, it starts faster than cold but still cranks over for say 4-5 seconds and then sputters to an idle. I bought the truck a month ago or so with this problem, thought maybe a tune up would solve the problem but no such luck. Im thinking maybe an O2 sensor, throtle position sensor, or something along those lines. No check engine light is on. Anyone ever had this problem before? Any suggestions? Would greatly appreciate some helpful advice

Check you fuel pressure, I bet it's not getting to 40psi while you're cranking.
