Chassis project - your opinion please.

Re-placing bed on 1995 F150. So I was going to hit chassis.

Tentative plan:

1) Wire brush with angle grinder to get loose stuff off.

2) Hit with phosphoric acid/concrete etcher ... maybe in a garden sprayer(?).

3) Hose off residue.

4) Wipe down with acetone.

5) Roll/brush Chassis Saver Black Satin on (already bought 2 quarts).

Good plan ???

Not sure of the prep but it sounds good. I think it's a great idea. I can't wait to do this myself. And I definately aprove of the satin or even flat. I don't like shiny frames much nor do I like anything other than black or maybe very dark charcoal on frames.
