Help me identify part please?
This is on a 2004 5.4 Screw. It appears to be a vacuum line coming from the back of the block on the passenger side. It is plugged with a cap. Is it supposed to be plugged into something? Thanks in advance.

If you follow that hose back, it will wrap up to the drivers valve cover and plug into the vacuum lines by cylinder #4
Bridge is right, it's for the IWE Solenoid
IWE= Integrated Wheel End...aka Hub
Ford got fancy and redesigned the wheel in 2004. Came out with IWE that work great most times...but they can have issues
