F series Front end

ok i have a 96 F-250 2wd and i have another truck same year but its a F-150 2wd witch has the frame bent. i ve looked under both of them and besides the spindles being different everything looks the same. so what i am trying to do is my friend has a 95 F-150 4x4 that the body is falling off of and wants to give me so if i were to take everything off his 150 like front susp, rear susp tranny and transfercase and drive shafts i could turn my F-250 into 4x4.

IIRC the TTB bolt pattern for the F150 and F250(where they bolt to the crossmember) are different.
